The employees of Heinz Baumgartner AG are well qualified and highly skilled. Our enterprise can count on the support of many long term, highly committed members of staff. Many of them started their career at Heinz BAumgartner Ag as, trainees. Some  left the company, but returned to it after a few years as journeyman. The size of the workforce remains constant; there is no turnover in staff.
